Cookie policy
Effective and last updated: August 3, 2026
Glinks uses a small number of first-party cookies that are necessary to sign you in, secure requests, remember setup state, and attribute a signup to a Glinks referral.
What we use
| Purpose | How it is used |
|---|---|
| Authentication | Keeps you signed in and, where needed, lets the session work across your organization's Glinks subdomain. |
| Security | Protects forms and account actions against cross-site request forgery and similar attacks. |
| Preferences and setup | Remembers limited configuration needed by the site or browser extension. |
| Referral attribution | Temporarily records that a signup followed a Glinks install or organization invitation. It is first-party and is not used to follow browsing across websites. |
What we do not use
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, behavioral advertising profiles, or cross-site tracking pixels.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking essential authentication or security cookies may prevent sign-in and other Service features from working. Removing the browser extension clears its local extension storage according to your browser's behavior.
