Cookie policy

Effective and last updated: August 3, 2026

Glinks uses a small number of first-party cookies that are necessary to sign you in, secure requests, remember setup state, and attribute a signup to a Glinks referral.

What we use

PurposeHow it is used
AuthenticationKeeps you signed in and, where needed, lets the session work across your organization's Glinks subdomain.
SecurityProtects forms and account actions against cross-site request forgery and similar attacks.
Preferences and setupRemembers limited configuration needed by the site or browser extension.
Referral attributionTemporarily records that a signup followed a Glinks install or organization invitation. It is first-party and is not used to follow browsing across websites.

What we do not use

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, behavioral advertising profiles, or cross-site tracking pixels.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking essential authentication or security cookies may prevent sign-in and other Service features from working. Removing the browser extension clears its local extension storage according to your browser's behavior.
