Using Glinks

QR codes

Every go link can be turned into a downloadable QR code for slides, posters, handbooks, and other places where typing is inconvenient.

Download a QR code

  1. Find the go link on the dashboard.
  2. Select the QR-code action on the link card.
  3. Review the shareable URL shown in the dialog.
  4. Select Download and add the image to your material.

Choose the right visibility

The QR code contains the same shareable URL as the dashboard's copy action. For an audience that may not be signed in, make the link public and confirm that your organization allows public links. The destination can still require authentication.

Before printing: scan the final artwork with a phone and confirm both the Glinks visibility and the destination's permissions.
