Getting started

Install the extension, sign in, and turn your first long URL into a memorable go/ link.

1. Install Glinks

Install the Glinks extension from the Chrome Web Store or the Microsoft Edge Add-ons store.

The setup page opens automatically. Follow its prompts and sign in with your work account.

2. Try your first go link

Open a new tab, type go/welcome in the address bar, and press Enter. You can also type go, press Tab, enter welcome, and press Enter.

3. Create your own

1. Open a page your team visits often.
2. In Glinks, select Create go link.
3. Paste the destination URL, choose a name such as roadmap, and select Create.
4. Open a new tab and type go/roadmap.

4. Share with your team

Ask teammates to install the extension and sign in with their work email. People in the same Glinks organization can find and use the shared link directory immediately.

Pin the extension

Open the browser's extensions menu and pin Glinks so its button remains visible beside the address bar.
