Using Glinks
Use a go link
A go link replaces a long URL with a short name such as go/roadmap or go/expenses.
From the address bar
- Install the Glinks browser extension and sign in.
- Open a new browser tab.
- Type a link such as
go/roadmaporg/roadmap, then press Enter.
Glinks resolves the name for your organization and sends you to its destination.
Address-bar shortcut
If your network or browser does not resolve a bare go/ address, type go, press Tab, enter the link name, and press Enter.
Shared URLs
Organization links also have a shareable URL such as yourcompany.getglinks.com/roadmap. A public link can resolve for someone who is not signed in to Glinks; the destination itself may still require its own login.
Try it: after setup, open
go/welcome to return to the getting-started guide.
