Team deployment

A useful go-link directory depends on broad adoption. Get the browser extension and organization access in front of everyone at once.

Standard rollout

1. Ask teammates to install the Glinks extension.
2. Have them sign in with their work email. Users on the same organization domain join the shared directory.
3. Create a few high-value starter links such as go/handbook, go/roadmap, and go/benefits.
4. Share the link-naming and privacy guidance with your team.

Managed browsers

IT administrators can distribute Glinks through their Chrome or Edge management console instead of asking each user to install it manually.

• Use your browser-management system's force-install or managed-install policy.
• Test with a small group before applying the policy organization-wide.

SSO and custom domains

Enterprise teams can configure Okta or another SAML identity provider and a custom domain during guided setup. We will provide the required sign-in and DNS values for your environment.
