Using Glinks

Owners and visibility

Every go link has an owner. Ownership and organization roles determine who can change it; privacy settings determine who can see or resolve it.

Owners and admins

The person who creates a link becomes its owner.
Owners can edit and delete their links.
Organization administrators can manage any organization link.
Use the dashboard's owner filter to find links created by a particular teammate.

Setting	Who can see or use it
Organization link	Members of the organization who are signed in to Glinks.
Private	Only the owner. It is not shared with the organization.
Public	Anyone with the organization URL can resolve it without a Glinks login, if the organization allows public links.

Public only controls the Glinks redirect. Google Drive, Jira, Notion, and other destinations continue to enforce their own access rules.
